OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Beauty Scent web site.
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Wherever possible recommended retail prices (RRP) are extracted from the trade publication Chemist and Druggist, in cases where they do not appear an approximate recommended retail price is given. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the UK. These details will be identified clearly against the product description.
Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photograph. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case of unboxed items or testers the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only. Testers are the regular products quite often in a bottle or packaging marked as a tester. Some items may also be marked not for individual sale. By submitting your order to Beauty Scent you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on the system.
Delivery
We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. Delivery charges are as shown on the website. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. However, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.
Order Payment
Payment can be made using Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro and JCB through WorldPay
Returns & Order Cancellation
We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 0161 839 8418 within 3 days of order receipt. When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Beauty Scent. You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of Beauty Scent. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Beauty Scent. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Security
Personal and credit card details are sent to WorldPay using secure Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Beauty Scent.
Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order, and second to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- address
- telephone number
- email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. We will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law. Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Jurisdiction
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted.
